Vaillant Customer Services

As boiler engineers we would find ourselves arriving at customers homes to complete an annual service check on first generation Vaillant combination boilers.

There are many of these First generation Vaillant combi boilers still in service after 16 years. Many customers report back that their Vaillant boilers are still going strong and have not yet had a first repair however if you need to talk to the vaillant service team call.

Be sure to note *Vaillant Engineers will only fit Vaillant Boilers*. Vaillant have been making boilers for many years. We are proud to fit Vaillant, we feel a Vaillant boiler is the only boiler to fit into your HOME. In the long run will be much more economical to fit the best.

Breakdown / Repair Charges:

It’s very simple..

£129.00 (no vat) for a fixed price repair plus parts. All parts are original Vaillant spares, and come with a 12 month warranty on the spare, and any work connected with the fitting of that part.

Servicing Charges:

Full Scope Service: £79.00 (£99.00 with a CO detector installed)

Defined Scope Service: £59.00

Landlord Servicing & Certification:

Full Scope Service with Certificate and CO detector: £109.00

Defined Scope Service with Certificate: £ 79.00

Insurance:

Are you insured? Insurance covers all types of plumbing, heating and gas works, including ‘hot works’. (blow-lamps)

VAT:

No, I’m not vat registered.. Why? Well, Mike and Joe take care of virtually all of the installation work, which means my annual turnover is very low, therefore I have no requirements to vat register.

Carriage:

Yes, there is a 20% mark up on spares. Why? Well that’s simple…

I don’t have hourly rates, even in 15 minute increments. So I won’t turn up, scratch my head for 45 minutes, then charge you for two hours at £70.00 an hour to go and get parts, then another £70.00 an hour to fit them..

It is a criminal offense to work on a gas appliance if you are not qualified, and licensed to do so.

You should always try to consult the manufacturers user instructions for guidance. The instructions above are for guidance only. If unsure of any procedures, call a boiler specialist, who holds the relevant qualifications, and GAS Safe Registration.

90% of calls are completed on the first visit. Usually within an hour of turning up. If for any reason I don’t have the part, I have a supplier that can courier the parts to me usually within 12 hours (next morning), if our team have to make a return call… it’s FREE.

And…. if the vaillant team are able to fix your boiler, you still pay…. NOTHING!
